I purchased a control board for my furnace through myhvacparts.com.  This was my first time ordering something like this and I was nervous, but the part was almost $250 cheaper than what my furnace man quoted me and money was tight, so I went ahead and ordered it.  Just my luck, the part ended up not working when installed on my furnace.  I was very upset and frustrated and began communicating with myhvacparts.com in regard to a refund.  Their Sales Manager was very helpful and walked me through the refund steps and also let me know it was rare for a manufactuerer to refund after a part had been installed, but not totally impossible.  To make a long story short, the part was found to be defective and that manufactuerer , refunded the money, and myhvacparts immediately credited my account.  I would do business with myhvacparts.com again in the future (though I'm hoping not to have any problems for awhile!!!). I just finished replacing the blade and everything works great. I saved an expensive service call and the part that you provided was an extremely fair price.
I will elaborate on my original comments below, with my whole experience; feel free to use my comments either all or in part. It’s the very least I can do for your company. I can’t thank you enough.
We recently hit 90 degrees here in Ohio and my 25 year old A/C units fan cracked and broke. I immediately started what I thought would be a daunting task of finding a replacement part for such an old unit. Most of the sites I found claimed to have my part but either didn’t or they wanted to redirect me to another site. The only other part I did locate was MORE than $100.00 more!
I found my part on your site so I emailed MY HVAC PARTS and received a prompt response confirming that you had my part. The female Office Manager could not have been more pleasant or helpful and I had my part at my door step three days later.
I wish to express my gratitude to you for your help, professionalism, fast service and for not charging me an arm and a leg for an old part. You got me back up and blowing cold air in no time. It’s truly appreciated, especially with another hot spell right around the corner.

Aprilaire 600 Humidifier Installed by our client 2003
Early this winter I purchased an Aprilaire Humidifier from you after checking many types of humidifiers and vendors on the Web.
The price was excellent and the installation information was very complete on your web site and I felt comfortable with the purchase.
I am 69 years old and my wife and I bought an 1800 sq ft condominium two years ago. For the first year we used a floor model humidifier but the daily process of filling with water, poor performance and general inconvenience prompted me to search for a more automatic process. I am quite handy with tools and have more than an adequate tool compliment. The unit arrived within several days of ordering. Everything was in order so I immediately laid out the opening cuts.
Within a day I was prepared to install the outside sensor, the humidifier body and return and the water supply. Because of the spacing between supply and return vents, I purchased an adjustable 6" elbow which, with just a bit of trimming, fit the job perfectly. When the humidistat was installed and the fan relay installed the unit was fired up .... and worked perfectly.
Within a day the household humidity had jumped nearly 20%. It has held between 32% and 40% all through a particularly cold winter here in the Northeast.
I am very pleased with the product and although I did not need any support from you, I am sure it would be available if needed.
I now understand why you say that this model is your most popular seller.

let me tell you something, I have never received faster response to an email than your last email. wont bother you anymore.. I am a new home owner whose family has been freezing for the last week. The tech visited teh previous owner and robbed her blind for 500.. new blower.. I WANTED TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THOSE WHO HAVE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE AND OTHER DO-IT-YOUR SELF-ERS.
MY FURNACE WENT BAD DURING THE PEAK HEAT OF THE 2005 SUMMER SEASON. I CALLED AN HVAC SERVICEMAN IN MY AREA AND HE DIAGNOSED THE FURNACE AS HAVING A BAD MOTOR. HE STATED THAT IT IS A VARIABLE SPEED TRANE MOTOR AND HE SAID THAT THE MOTOR IS VERY EXPENSIVE. HE THEN QUOTED ME A PRICE OF $ FOR THE MOTOR ALONE, AND THE TOTAL PRICE TO INCLUDE LABOR $1150. NOT KNOWING ANY BETTER, I AGREED TO THAT PRICE, AND SAID THAT HE WOULD BE AT MY RESIDENCE AT 10:00 A.M. THE NEXT MORNING.
THE NEXT DAY, HE CALLED ME AT 8:00 A.M. TO CONFIRM THAT HE WOULD BE THERE AT 10:00 A.M. NEEDLESS TO SAY, HE DIDN'T CALL AGAIN UNTIL 2:00 P.M.
DURING THE LENGTHY WAIT ALLOWED ME TIME TO SURF THE WEB ONLY TO COMPARE THE PRICE FOR THE TRANE VARIABLE MOTOR I NEEDED. I CALLED MY HVAC PARTS IN DENVER COLORADO AND SPOKE WITH ONE OF THEIR HVAC SERVICE TECHS. HE TOLD ME THAT HIS COMPANY IS A LICENSED TRANE DEALER. I GAVE HIM THE SPECS OF MY MOTOR AND HE QUICKLY RETURNED WITH THE PRICE OF $ FOR THE MOTOR AND $ FOR THE MODULE ATTACHMENT FOR A TOTAL OF $ (A HUGE DIFFERENCE FROM THE $ QUOTE FROM MY AREA SERVICEMAN). AT THAT POINT, I DECIDED TO ORDER THE MOTOR AND MODULE FROM MY HVAC PARTS. I FIGURED AT THE VERY LEAST, I WOULD CALL SOMEONE TO PUT IT IN AT A REASONABLE PRICE.
I THEN OPENED THE BACK OF THE FURNACE AND SAW THAT THE TRANE SYSTEM CAME WITH TWO WIRE ATTACHMENT AND THE HOUSING WAS ON A TRACK. I AM MECHANICALLY INCLINED, SO I DECIDED THAT THIS WAS AN EASY JOB, THEREFORE I DECIDED TO DO IT MYSELF.
MY HVAC PARTS TECH EVEN E-MAILED ME EACH STEP OF THE WAY. HE PROVIDED ME WITH MY PRICE BREAKDOWN AND THE FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER TO TRACK MY PURCHASE.
WHEN THE MOTOR ARRIVED ( I CHOOSE NEXT DAY AIR AT A COST OF $), I READ THE VERY SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS, ASSEMBLED THE MODULE TO THE MOTOR AND RE-ATTACHED THE MOTOR TO THE BLOWER AND SLID THE HOUSING BACK ON THE TRACK FROM WHICH IT CAME. MY UNIT IS NOW WORKING PERFECTLY.
THEREFORE, I WOULD LIKE TO PERSONALLY THANK MY HVAC PARTS AND THEIR TECH FOR MAKING MY ON LINE PURCHASE A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

Hi Speed Motor Install to cure poor air flow
You guys are great! I`ve had low airflow in my central a/c.system for the 3 years that I`ve lived at this house. Nowhere have I found a solution to increase the airflow in tht system until I came across your site & found a hi-speed replacement blower motor(# 1694). I installed it,& it works great !! Thanks again. I do however have a question about the # 1695 motor for use as a condenser coil cooling fan motor. Is this motor suitable for outdoor use? The one that`s in service now is starting to howl a little,& I did some measuring,the 1695 220 volt motor will work in it`s place if I cut 3 inches off the shaft. I just need to know if it`s suitable for outdoor use. Please let me know, as I need to replace it soon . . .

Bad Furnace Heat Exchanger
Thank you for this web site !!!! I live in Ohio and was told I needed a new heat exchanger on my furnace. Most companies assume because you are a disabled female you won't understand the problem. Thank you so much for the photos; I now have a better understanding. I had a new motor installed two years ago. Can I just have a new heat exchanger installed? I try to keep my furnace clean, vacuuming the inside around the blower, etc for dust and also the cold air vent and floor vents, and keep the filters changed. Thank you again for the information.

Part came on Monday, 5 business days like you said. Very pleased, I now have an air conditioner again. First time using your site, will highly recommend it.
A few days ago, I called a service man because our unit would not start. He came out switched the upside down fuse that my husband put in wrong, and used a screwdriver to ground something near the capacitor, and the unit started. He immediately shut it down and said" that compressor sounds awful, you need a new unit. I can do it for $3700.00-4000.00 today in about an hour and a half." I told him no way.
When he left, I started the unit up from my thermostat and it has been cooling our home since Tuesday. Just thought you would want to know, if it wasn't for your site, I would not have known any better.

I tried locally to get a new capacitor with no success, as the part I was looking for was not stocked at every company I called and they did not offer to contact the manufacturer or recommend another source.
I saw your company on the internet and decided to give you guys a call, with little hope of having much success. The gentleman at your company that gave me assistance on the phone when I called was outstanding and actually made phone calls quickly to the manufacturer and other sources to locate the part I needed, and then gave me a few options since the exact voltage rating capacitor could only be shipped from the factory. However, the next higher rating capacitor was offered as an alternative and it was stocked locally, which provided a much higher probability of arriving the next day (Friday), which was critical to me. So I chose this option.
It arrived the next morning, I installed it, and everything worked beautifully. Of course, I had to modify the clamp that holds it in place, however this was expected as I was forewarned about a possible size difference.
Thanks for coming through for us! I couldn't have imagined lasting through the weekend without AC and a baby in the house.
