Goodman Variable Speed E.C.M. Indoor Blower Motor found in (3) Goodman Furnaces. (See list below)

E.C.M. represents (Electronically Commutated Motor).
These are DC motors which have a permanent magnet rotor and use a self container inverter that changes the incoming AC (alternating current) to DC. DC motors are capable of varying their speeds unlike conventional motors.
This varying speed is why they are so much cheaper to operate, quieter and make the building more uniform in temperature.
